Up to date Vaccine Records are due prior to dogs arrival (See Polices and FAQ's) Expired or Incomplete records will result in cancellation of reservations and forfeiture of any deposits made. Records can be uploaded to the Customer Portal, emailed to [email protected] or text/fax to 757-657-8060. Please bring enough food for your dogs stay. Pre-packaged individual meals using sandwich bags or other disposable containers are required. One (1) meal per Ziploc bag or disposable container. (Ex: If your dog eats 2 Meals a day, there should be 2 meals per day during their stay with us). This requirement ensures enough food is provided for your dogs throughout their entire stay. A $20 fee will apply for meals that are not pre-packaged accordingly. Please do NOT add medications, supplements or vitamins to food. Keep separate.
