What to Bring/ What NOT to Bring

Please BRING the following: 

• Proper Vaccine Records (See Polices and FAQ's)   
  • Vaccinations are due PRIOR to dogs arrival.
  • Expired or Incomplete records will result in cancellation of reservations and forfeiture of any deposits made.
  • Records can be uploaded to the Customer Portal, emailed to [email protected] or text/fax to 757-657-8060.  
• Bring enough food for your dogs stay.  Pre-packaged individual meals using sandwich bags or other disposable containers is required.   One (1) meal per sandwich bag/container.  This ensures enough food is provided for your dogs entire stay.  $20 fee will apply for food that is not pre-packaged accordingly.
  • Please do NOT add medications, suppliments or vitamins to food.  Keep seperate.
  • House food (Purine Pro Plan) is available at $5.00 per meal​

Please do NOT Bring the Following:

• BOWLS  
• Kennels
• XL Blankets/ Comforters  
• Dog Beds or Cots
• Pillows 
• Bottled Water
• Valuable Items
• Stuffed Toys/ Rope Toys
• Rawhide Bones or other choking hazards
• XL Food Containers/ Totes (with the exception of 14 or more night stays)
• Raw/Uncooked Food

Port Rover provides all bowls, blankets, cots, kennels, water, treats etc.
