VACCINE REQUIREMENTS:
Rabies Vaccination
DHLPP Vaccination (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus) AKA; 5-Way / DAPP
Bordetella Vaccinations (Canine/Kennel Cough)
**All vaccines must be administered 2 weeks prior to arrival at facility.
**Puppies under the age of one year old are required to have documentation of all 3 rounds of DAPP Vaccines.
Vaccination records must include dogs name as well as veterinarians name. For vaccines administered by owner, tags from vaccines and dates administered must be presented. Port Rover will also accept results from titer tests completed by your vet within the last 3 months.
SPAY AND NEUTER:
We recognize the importance of spaying/neutering and while we encourage owners to alter their pets, we realize there are instances where spay/neuter surgery is not a viable option or the owner chooses not to. An in-house evaluation may be performed for unaltered dogs under the age of 1 year old. If he/she passes but then shows signs of aggression or dominance at a later date, he/she may no longer be able to participate in group playtime. Females in heat will not be allowed under any circumstances. This is strictly for the safety of all Port Rover dogs.
**Unaltered Males over the age of year old will be required to attend our Learn and Burn program in lieu of daycare.
