Owner, Mark Davis and long-time partner Cheri Capuano opened Port Rover in October 2019. Together they spent nearly 13 years traveling the country as a Construction Superintendent and Project Administrator. Their last project landed them in Virginia Beach, VA where they decided to leave the corporate world and follow their dreams of opening a mom-and-pop type Daycare/Boarding Facility after relocating to Portsmouth, VA.
