Step 1: Create Your Gingr AccountEverything starts here. Create your secure client portal account through Gingr. The Gingr portal will allow you to add/update contact information, add your dog(s), complete a thorough profile, request reservations, receive report cards, view invoices and more.

You can upload records directly into Gingr or email them directly to us at [email protected] Step 3: Schedule Your Meet and GreetOnce your account and vaccines have been received, it's time to schedule your Meet & Greet.
Meet and Greets are required for all Day School, Adventure Club and Overnight Boarding Services. Meet and Greets are available any day of the week except Sunday. Please text us and let us know what day works for you !! Please make sure to fill out the required Meet and Greet Questionnaire prior to your visit. During your Meet & Greet we'll:
